A SIM card vendor's mobile phone was stolen on Asandh Road in Haryana's Panipat city. The thief also withdrew 77 thousand 479 rupees from his account. This matter has come to light from the bank statement. This incident was carried out by a young man who had been visiting him for 3 months. The police have registered a case against the accused based on the complaint.

In the complaint given to the Old Industrial Police Station, Sohanlal said that he is a resident of Goli village in Karnal. He sells Jio SIM under an umbrella in front of Prabhakar Hospital on Asandh Road in Panipat. On September 16, 2023, around 5 pm, his phone suddenly disappeared. He made many efforts to search but could not be found.

A few days later when he went to the bank to check his balance, he found that on September 16, Rs 10140, Rs 9126, Rs 8213, Rs 20000 and Rs 30000 were withdrawn from his account respectively. He said that due to the disappearance of the phone, he did not know how to withdraw the money from his account. Apart from this, due to his poor health, he was admitted to the hospital. Due to which they could not even register a complaint.
