I appeal to all that do not make any such comment that raises questions on the dignity of the court and also do not comment on any other community. No vulgar remarks should be made. No fight will be fought on the road, if anyone does this, action will be taken against him.

The Supreme Court ordered the Allahabad High Court to hear the case. By then the Supreme Court had stopped the Sambhal court from taking further action in the case.

On 8 January 2025, the High Court, while giving an interim order, stayed the survey of the mosque. Also sought answers from all the parties including the arrangement. After this the hearing started. After the debate was completed on May 13, the High Court reserved its decision.

The High Court now refused to stay the survey. Also, said that the lawsuit will continue. According to the expert, the High Court has accepted the Sambhal Court’s survey decision as correct. Also, ordered action there.

What will happen next?

  • The Masjid Committee can visit the Supreme Court after the revision petition is dismissed from the High Court. A review can file a petition in the High Court, so that the survey can be stopped.
  • The Hindu side will try to start the survey soon. Will present in court for the right to worship. Efforts will be made to come from the lower court as soon as possible.

However, the survey was not completed that day. After this, the survey team reached Jama Masjid on 24 November. Survey was being done inside the mosque. Meanwhile, a large number of people gathered. The mob threw stones at the police team. After this violence erupted. In this, 4 people died after being shot.
