Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is enrolled at Fortis Hospital in Mohali for six days. His health is now slowly improved and their reports have also come to normal. At the same time, Fortis Hospital says the Chief Minister is improving health. All their tests have come ok. They can get off from the hospital tomorrow.

Earlier, governor Gulab Chand Kataria approached the hospital to see them, along with the DGP Gaurav Yadav and other administrative officers of Punjab were also present. On the occasion, the governor said that the Prime Minister had visited Punjab yesterday and announced a token amount of Rs. 1600 crore. The remaining amount will be paid after the valuation of different agencies. He said that Punjab would get 100 per cent compensation, the Prime Minister has made no shortage.

The Governor also said that the Prime Minister was worried about the health of the Chief Minister. He asked his health two-three times and said that as soon as you get off the helicopter, tell me about their health. The Chief Minister is now better and advised to rest for a few days.

After visiting the flood affected areas on September 2, his health deteriorated on the night of September 3.
