Navjot Singh Grover of Amritsar Game Education Association said that since they have taken over the office, his dream is to equip Gandhi with better and international facilities. He repeatedly appealed to the government that the ground should be constructed internationally so foreign teams.

The Grover said that due to the recent floods, he could not invite teams of all schools and colleges. Nevertheless, they appealed to the people of the city to encourage girls. During the match, the players were seen so much enthusiasm and zeal. The team captain said that although the rain would be barren, they would complete the tournament by playing 5-5 overs.

On this occasion, Grover appealed to the society to unite to help the society. He said that it was not the time to do politics but we should stand shoulder with the affected families. In this regard, the asylumar association was also entrusted by Rs 23 lakh to the flood-affected people.

The players and coaches involved in the tournament said that the events have not limited to sports but the girls are making progress in every field and they should get equal opportunities.

Navjot Singh Grover said that making Gandhi to make the international level Gindi is our dream. Pride for Amritsar is being conducted for girls for the first time.
