The Election Commission has requested the panel of three eligible officers for the idea of the Ludhiana West police commissioner before the Ludhiana West police Commissioner on June 19.
In a letter written to the Additional Secretary of the Home Department, the Election Commission has said that the appropriate seniority and experience officials should be added in accordance with the criteria in the panel.
It further said that the authorities should be free from any burden or administrative barriers, such as the elections related to the elections, visible checks or disciplinary actions.
Punjab Chief Electoral Officer was a routine process before the elections. “It is done when the Election Commission of India wants to change an officer. The list of available officers should have ready.”

It was also made clear that no recommendation or decision has been taken to replace the current police commissioner in Ludhiana. This step has been taken to ensure administrative preparations in the event of any need in the future.
