A 19-year-old youth named Kamalpreet was brutally murdered with sharp weapons in Lahore Majra, a village near Nabha. The deceased youth was to go to Australia for studies only a few days later. The deceased youth had left his house on Saturday saying that he was going to his friend’s birthday party, but he did not return to his house last night and on Sunday morning, Kamalpreet’s bloodied body was found near the village. It is being told that the deceased youth was the only son of his family. After this incident, the parents are crying.
In this regard, Sukhwinder Singh, the father of the deceased youth and family members said that Kamalpreet had left his house on Saturday afternoon saying that he was going to his friend’s birthday party, but due to heavy rain late at night, his father left his house. He asked to stay with a friend, but in the morning the news of his son’s death reached him. The family has requested that the killers of their only son be caught soon and the culprits be hanged.
Gurpreet Singh Bhinder, who is investigating the matter, said that a 19-year-old youth named Kamalpreet of Lahore Majra village of Nabha had left his home but his body was found near the needle in the morning. From looking at the body, it seemed that Kamalpreet had a fight with someone and his clothes were completely removed from which Kamalpreet was killed after going some distance away. He said that some marks of injuries were also found on Kamalpreet’s body. At present, the police are investigating the matter.
