The new law BNSS (Indian Civil Protection Code) has been launched in 2023, changing all the criminal laws of the British era in the country. In this, extensive changes were made from law to judicial system. It has become mandatory to give proper information about all the nuances mentioned in it to all level police personnel, especially from the inspector to the DSP and the officials above it. Proper training has been arranged for all police personnel to teach the lesson of law, which continues. The Advanced Training School (ATS) present in CID has been specially prepared for this. Each month, on an average 350 i.e. 8 police officers of each district are given special subject matter training. Police officials have to update them with all new changes and make them more capable, knowledgeable and technically proficient.

The training of 173rd batch of this training institute is going to start from September 2. The 171st batch training was conducted from 8 to 21 July, in which 343 Daroga appointed directly was trained. After this, the 172nd and now the 173rd batch are being trained.
Training of these subjects being given
Police officials are being given 15 days training through STS. It training in modern techniques like new legal knowledge, digital forensic, CCTV analysis, mobile data tracking, DNA, fingerprint, photography, videography. Apart from this, some special subjects are given information. In this, the police related ethics, FIR, zero FIR and preliminary investigation, disputed facts, consistent facts, statements of witnesses, statement of witnesses and confession statement, research process in human body and research in property-origin crimes, process of arrest, important police order and court decision, importance of forensic in research, fingerprints, fingerprints, fingerprints, cCTNS, CCTNS, Under Section-107 of the Indian Justice Security Code, 2023, detailed information is given in detail the process of confiscation of property acquired by crime and the procedure to be carried out under the Bihar Crime Control Act.
Training is also being done in reputed institutions
Police officials are trained in prestigious training institutes of the country to provide training at many specific points. This includes institutions such as the Neshanal Forensic Science University in New Delhi, NCRB, CDTI in Chandigarh, North East Police Academy in Hyderabad, UMSAW at Meghalaya. In the coming time, there are plans to train two thousand police personnel from such institutions.

The ATS was established in 1945. Its purpose was to provide training on various new subjects to police officials especially. At one time, officials from other countries including Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, South Africa came and trained in this institute. The process of training from this institute continues continuously except for a few years.
