This was revealed in a report by the National Investigation Agency (NIA). In Rajasthan, 5 people associated with the terrorist organization were arrested.

Master plan to make the country a Muslim nation in ‘Red Diary of Terror’ The NIA raided 93 locations of PFI in 15 states including Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh in the year 2023.
Mohammad Ashif resident Kota (Rajasthan), Sadiq resident Baran (Rajasthan), Sohail resident Udaipur (Rajasthan), Wajid Ali resident Kota (Rajasthan), Mubarik Ali resident Kota (Rajasthan) were arrested. On 19 October 2024, a charge sheet was also submitted against the five accused.
Many revelations were made in the charge sheet. The most shocking among them was the ‘red diary of terror’.
When the NIA team raided the PFI’s Jaipur office, they had such a red colored Libra office file.
In this diary, there was a complete master plan to attack the youth by making a terrorist to make the country a Muslim nation. Page number-14 was told about the newly recruited people. These youths had to be brainwashing and preparing for terrorist attacks.
List of government officials got In the red diary, PFI had made a list of many people. In this list, earlier people who used to support him and the second list was also the list that was not supporting him. People from whom they used to work on the day they had written the names of such people. The help of these officers was taken in different ways. For example, to take out a rally, a member’s meeting, invent, PR and media were sought help.
The charge sheet also mentions a red file recovered from the accused.
PFI master mind and his companions in Rajasthan
Mohammad Asif: Salon used to run in Kota The master mind of PFI in Rajasthan was Asif. He was associated with PFI for a long time. The most trusted member of PFI. Kota hails from the locality of the kotis. Used to run a salon in Kota to show the world. In reality, PFI used to raise funds in the name of Zakat.
Mohammad Asif would find such youths from social media and WhatsApp groups as well as local networks who are cutters for religion. He would brainwash them by connecting them. From the training camp itself, the cutter would identify the youths and assign different tasks to them.
Sadiq Saraf: Training camp organizes Sadiq hails from Baran’s Talabapada. Both Asif and Sadiq are good friends. The two were working together for PFI. Both used to raise money from the people of the society in the name of Zakat. Later, the money was set up with the money, where the youth used to show poison in their mind by showing the propaganda videos of Godhra and Kerala.
The identity of the accused has not been paraded. In such a situation, photos of the five have not been released.
Mohammad Sohail: A good shooter Mohammad Sohail is a resident of Murshid Nagar in Udaipur. Udaipur used to run a campaign for PFI. The cutter would recruit youth in PFI for religion. He is a good shooter himself. In Udaipur and Kota, the youths used to train weapons in training camps. A PFI rally was taken out in Udaipur before the Kanhaiyalal murder case. Mohammad Sohail was involved in this.
Wajid Ali: Gives physical training Wajid hails from Keta in Ketta. PFI was an active member. Used to recruit members for PFI. Was a camp trainer. In the camp, the youths used to give physical training from weapon and physical training. The youth who performed well, selected them for further work.
Mubarik Ali: He used to teach martial arts in the camp Mubarik Ali hails from Mavasa village in Kota. Taekwondo and martial arts have trends. Taekwondo and martial arts were trained in the camp in the camp. Many objectionable videos were found from Mubarik’s mobile. The bank account also found evidence of transaction of rupee from PFI.
Wajid Ali, Mubarik Ali was accompanied by another youth Shamsher, who is still absconding. The NIA is constantly raiding in search of him. Shamsher used to train weapons in training camp.

3 types of training in terror camp
- Completing operations on time: They selected youth who used to trend in martial arts, taekwondo, boxing, shooting. He would give him basic knowledge about PFI by making him a member. After this, he was given basic training. It is said that if any operation is found then how to complete it on time. In this course, he was told about the basic conditions like restriction of time. In order to teach it, the task of delivering any goods etc. was also given in the prescribed time.
- Keeping Rajdari: In the second course, the youth would be trained to keep everything secret about the intentions of themselves and PFIs. In training, the ability to tolerate them by torturing physically and mentally. They were trended that even if they were caught in an operation, they do not have to break in front of the torture. Do not tell about your camp locations and operations. In this course, the youth were also provoked about issues like Babri Masjid and Godhra. The oath was completely separated from the family and society.
- Foreigner of fundamentalist: In the third course, he was administered an oath to remain loyal to the community and to be cut. They were told about the way PFI work and purpose. The Hindu organizations and the present central government should present such as they are trying to eliminate Islam from India.
(The NIA had raided 20 locations including PFI members including Jaipur, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Bhilwara, Bundi. Then knives, airguns, ax, digital devices were found all the documents. All documents were found. Advanced training courses were detected from these documents and camps.)
Many evidence of dreadful intentions
Evidence 1: Task of creating strong networks in Rajasthan in meeting The NIA was discovered by scrutinizing the documents presented in the court that a PFI meeting was held. In this meeting, there was a churning between PFI masters that the network is strong in many states including Kerala. The network in Rajasthan is still weak. The accused were given the responsibility of creating a strong network in Rajasthan. Their aim was to make India a Muslim nation by 2047.
Evidence 2: A rally was organized before Kanhaiyalal murder in Udaipur A rally was taken out on the Kanhaiyalal murder case in Udayupar when a rally was taken out. Inflammatory slogans were also raised to spoil social harmony in the rally. NIA investigation revealed that the rally was organized by Sohail in Udaipur. Sohail was also the District President of SDPI in Udaipur. Riyaz Attari and Mohammad Gaus, accused of Kanhaiyalal murder case were also present at the rally. Sohail’s mobile call details revealed that it was in touch with these two.

Evidence 3: 3 crore raised in the name of Zakat Several revelations were also made in the investigation of Asif, Sadiq’s PNB Bank’s Jaipur branch account. From 2011 to 2022, 2 crore 98 lakh 47 thousand rupees were deposited in the account. Out of these, 2 crore 96 lakh 12 thousand rupees were withdrawn. Investigation revealed that Asif used to operate the account. This money was taken in the name of Zakat.
Evidence 4: Cheating in the name of Physical Fitness Program Asif’s mobile was found on scrutinizing a file, which wrote in Hindi- Physical Fitness Program. It was written that yoga, martial arts, games, music programs will be conducted for these youth. It was also written about organizing programs from NGOs and institutes. The copy of the image written in the diary was also matched with FSL Jaipur. It proved that this writing was of Mohammad Asif.
Evidence 6: 2040 talks about the elimination of RSS A DVD was also recovered from the accused. On seeing this in a computer, a copy of a Facebook post was found, which was written- We will rule India within 26 years. Will rule Kerala in 2031. Will destroy the RSS by 2040. Will rule India in 2047. On the morning of 1 January 2050, India will be declared an Islamic Republic.
Evidence 7: Names of those who do not cooperate in red diary A red colored Libra office file has also been recovered from the PFI office in Jaipur in the investigation. It has names of people who support them. Also, there were names of people who do not cooperate. There was also a detailing of the officers from whom work continues to work. PR and media were written on it. There were many sheets in Hindi. Page number-14 was told about the newly recruited people.

Evidence 8: Camp for training for arms in Jaipur-Kota Wajid Ali and Mubarik Ali along with Mohammad Asif, Sadiq Saraf and Mohammad Sohail had organized a camp to train weapons in Jaipur and Kota. The five accused were working under the agenda of Islamic rule in India by 2047 PFI.
Terror funding used for terror: NIA advocateNIA advocate Snehadeep told the court that the accused are a trained member of PFI. Their main objective is to spread terror and violent activities in the country. For this, he used to fund terror. These accused have been involved in the crime of raising funds to provide training camps to give information about weapons and explosives and to conduct various activities.
