Big news is coming from the world of cricket. Former India legend Rahul Dravid can now be the coach of the Indian cricket team. He will join the team after the Twenty20 World Cup.

Rahul Dravid agreed to be the coach during the IPL final on Friday. He could get a contract until 2023, although no announcement has been made yet.

In fact, during the IPL final in Dubai, BCCI President Sourav Ganguly and Secretary Jai Shah met Rahul Dravid and asked him to join the team after the Twenty20 World Cup. Apart from Dravid, Paras Mahimbra has been appointed as the bowling coach. His tenure will also last till the 2023 World Cup.

Disclosing this here today, a BCCI official said that Rahul Dravid has been selected as the head coach of the Indian team. He will assume the post soon. He also said that Paras Mahimbra, who has been working with Dravid for many years, has been appointed as the bowling coach.
