“ED Kochi Zonal Office is conducting a search operation under FEMA, 1999 on 08 October 2025 at 17 places in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, in connection with the ongoing investigation of the smuggling of high -class luxury vehicles and unauthorized foreign exchange transactions,” officials said. He said, “This search was based on information that revealed that a gang is involved in illegal imports and registrations of luxury cars like land cruiser, defender and Masareti via the India-Bhutan/Nepal routes.”

The actor recently moved to the Kerala High Court demanding withdrawal of his luxury car to be seized during the Customs Department raid. He argued that this conflict was unfair and this had adversely affected their reputation. On September 23, a search was conducted at Dulkar’s residence and two of his luxury cars were confiscated.
Reacting to media coverage on the issue, the actor said in his petition, “Zabti was promoted for media reasons and carried the vehicle as if he is being used for smuggling, drugs, restricted goods and anti-state activities with some other vehicles. The petitioner’s image has been impaired and his reputation has been affected.”
Warfare Films started in 2019 by Dulkar Salman. The Customs Preventive Branch raided the houses of high-level people in Kerala, including Dulkar and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The campaign is named Numkhor, which means a vehicle in Bhutani language. Allegedly, the Customs Department is investigating alleged illegally imported second-hand vehicles from Bhutan.
