Harshita Goyal Harshita Goyal, who was shifted to Gujarat with his father after being born in Hisar, Haryana, is a Chartered Accountant (CA). She is a BCom graduate and had tried 2 times for civil service. Now he has not only cracked UPSC, but has got the All India Rank (AIR) -2 in the third attitude.

Shreak garg Dr. Shreyak Garg, a resident of Sonepat, has secured 35th rank.
