TV actress Shweta Tiwari’s daughter Palak Tiwari is trying to establish her foot in Bollywood. Soon she will be seen in the film Romeo S3. The film will feature actor Thakur Anoop Singh in the lead role in this film. Anoop Singh, who has been a pilot by profession, has already worked in TV and films and has a well-known name in the industry. The film is directed by Guddu Dhanoa. Recently, Thakur Anoop Singh and director Guddu Dhanoa had a special conversation with Dainik Bhaskar.
How was your experience working in the film Romeo S3?
Thakur Anoop Singh- Working in the film Romeo S3 was a great experience for me. Every actor dreams that his launch film is part of a big and special project and this dream for me is fulfilled through this film. I consider myself lucky that I got a chance to work in this film. Especially with experienced people like its producer Jayantilal Gada Sir and director Gudda Dhanoa sir, who have made a huge contribution in this industry. I got to learn a lot by working with them.
The film taught me not only in acting, but also in what perspective a director watchs his characters and the entire film. It was a great opportunity for me to understand his vision closely.

If you are playing a double role in the film, what challenges did you face while playing these characters?
Anoop- I did not face any much problem during the shooting of the film, as I had prepared it with Gudda Sir three months before the shooting started. Taking inputs from Sir, we understood how DCP Sangram Singh Shekhawat and Ajju will have their back story. According to me, if these aspects are well known, then there is no big challenge during the shooting.
As far as two characters are concerned, it was quite exciting for me. The two characters are completely different from each other and it was a challenge for me to bring them on screen. But at the same time this experience was also very encouraging. With the help of our team, it became very easy to do all this.
What was your vision behind making films like Romeo S3?
Guddu Dhanoa- This film is quite different for me, because all the films I have made so far were based on family drama. Such as stubborn, Salakhe, Deewana and other films, which were mainly associated with the family. But Romeo S3 is a completely different type of film, which is an operation related to an operation. In this, a police officer finds people who have become a threat to the country and Goa under an operation.
This was a new challenge for me. The film is full of action and spices and Anoop has played this character in a very good way. Palak Tiwari has also done well. I enjoyed making this film a lot.

What was the specialty in Anoop, which made you feel that no one else can play the character of police officer Sangram Singh Shekhawat?
Guddu Dhanoa- I would like to say that Romeo S3 is not just a film, but it is a promise that Jayantilal Gada ji did to Thakur Anoop Singh. He had said that whenever someone will be launched in Hindi films, Thakur will launch Anoop Singh. Anoop was already final for this film. In such a situation, the character of the film was chosen in such a way that he could fit in Anup’s personality.
Then as every film requires a heroine, I started looking for girls on the Internet. As soon as the photo of Palak came, I realized that this is the girl who was looking for us.
Many films have been made earlier on corruption, so in such a situation, will the audience get to see something new in Romeo S3?
Guddu Dhanoa- In this film, the audience will get to see new scenes and characters. Although Anoop does not have a double role, it will be exciting to see how he has played two different characters. The film will have plenty of action and drama. Apart from this, there are many interesting characters, the biggest villain Aman Dhaliwal, whom we have brought from Punjabi film industry. He has done a great job in his character.
Anoop- I would also like to say that the audience will get to see many new people in this film. Palak and I will be seen together for the first time. In addition, Villain or Supporting Cast, all have done excellent work. Not only one actor justifies the film, but the contribution of every character is important. So the audience will get to see a lot of new in our film.

Palak Tiwari will also be seen in the film.
How was the bonding of both of you during the shooting of the film? Did it ever happen that a scene has to be perfected, otherwise it will be scolded?
Anoop- It has never happened that I had always been scolded, because I always used to go to the set by preparing in advance. As soon as I reached the set, I used to immediately tell the head that first I show you this scene, you see how it is. Gudda sir also used to give me complete freedom on the set, whatever you want to do. Then looking at my movements, Sir used to decide how and where to keep the camera. The advantage of this was that both of us understood how to shoot any scene.
The name of the film is Romeo S3, what does it mean?
Guddu Dhanoa- Romeo is the name of a mission. In this film, the full name of the character playing the role of the officer is Sangram Singh Shekhawat. Hence the full name is Romeo S3.
Nowadays debate is going on about Bollywood vs South Industry. What do you say on this?
Anoop – See, it is just a hindrance of language. The principles of filmmaking are the same and here too. There was a time when the action of South films was made fun of, but today the same films are coming here and dominating. The biggest thing that I have felt is that family values are kept alive in South films, which are rarely seen in Hindi films nowadays.
People in South still prefer to watch movies in theaters. OTT is not an option for them. At the same time, the effect of OTT here has increased so much that people immediately judge the film on the digital platform instead of going to the cinema, whether the film is good or bad.
