Pakistani actor Fawad Khan’s Bollywood return film ‘Abir Gulal’ is scheduled to release on May 9. But even before its release, the film got caught in controversies. After the terrorist attack in Pahgam, its songs have been removed from YouTube. Protests have started on social media about Vani Kapoor.
Two songs of ‘Abir Gulal’- ‘English Rangarasia’ and ‘Khudya Ishq’ were first released on YouTube. But now they are not seen in India.
These songs have also been removed from the official channel of A Richar Lens Entertainment and YouTube channel of music label Saregama. Till now no statement has come from the producer of the film nor from the actors.

Fans also noted that Vani Kapoor shared on 22 April, deleted the promotional video in which she was seen with Fawad Khan. This was the day when there was an attack in Pahgam. After that, the atmosphere became very sensitive.
Now the cinemas exhibits and distributors are in a dilemma about the release of the film in view of this atmosphere. It is also reported that the release of the film can be avoided. Here #Boycottvaanikapoor has started trending on social media. People raised the question why Vani Kapoor remained silent on such a big attack.

On this, Vani Kapoor shared an emotional post on social media and wrote- ‘Ever since I have seen the incident of Pahgam, I am numb. Words are not found. This attack on innocents is a heart -breaking. My prayers are with all the families who are going through this pain. ‘

At the same time, Fawad Khan also issued a statement and said- ‘The attack in Pahgam is very painful. We have condolences for those who were killed in it. We pray to God that their families get strength in this difficult time.
Now that the release of the film is left only a few weeks, Fawad Khan’s return is under question.
