Sukhwinder Singh’s bail plea in Sonali murder case will be heard today. Sukhwinder has already got bail in the drugs case. The hearing will be held in the Goa High Court. Sudhir Sangwan and Sukhwinder Singh’s lawyer Sukhwant Singh Dangi said that the court has granted their bail in the drugs case.
The court has considered Sukhwinder’s role as the least in its decision. He is innocent. He has filed a bail petition in the Goa High Court in the murder case. The sessions court had canceled the bail of both the accused. The Sessions Court had canceled it on February 16.
The CBI had opposed the bail and filed a reply that the accused could influence witnesses if granted bail. On the other hand, the defense lawyer Sukhwant Singh Dangi argued in the court that Sukhwinder has been falsely implicated in this case. CBI has also filed the charge sheet. But nowhere in it CBI could not show the motive of this murder. So it is not murder and his client has been deliberately implicated in the conspiracy.
