The warning came after an A320 overseas experienced a minor problem, with the aircraft suddenly pitching downwards. According to reports, this happened due to a glitch in a special computer named ELAC, which helps in controlling the movement of the plane.
Because of this, EASA issued an Emergency Safety Order, requiring airlines to install secure and updated ELAC units before the next flight of any affected plane.
