Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari has emphasized the need to file a court case against the government to ensure discipline in public administration. Speaking at the late Prakash Deshpande Smriti Kushal Organizing Award ceremony in Nagpur, the senior BJP leader said that the court order can cause such works which the government cannot do. He said that there should be some people in the society who file a petition against the government in the court. This brings discipline among politicians. This is because even the ministers of the government cannot do the work that can be done by a court order. Popular politics comes in the way of politicians and ministers.

Gadkari said that people honored as ‘skilled organizers’ in this program fought many such legal battles against the government. The BJP leader, who is known to revolutionize the road networks in the country, said that ‘skilled organizations’ filed several court cases against “wrong” government decisions in the education sector and forced the government to withdraw their decisions on several occasions.

Earlier, Gadkari, citing Russia-Ukraine and Israel-Iran wars, said that coordination, mutual harmony and love are ending due to dictatorship and autocracy of superpowers and there is an atmosphere of struggle around the world. Describing India as the land of Buddha, which gave the world a message of truth, non-violence and peace, Gadkari emphasized the need to set the future policy after reviewing and deliberation of international events. The Union Road Transport and Highways Minister said that these struggles are creating a situation where the World War can sprinkle ‘anytime’. He insisted that technological progress related to war is also making it difficult to protect humanity.
