Sidhu Massawala Massawala murder case is Kharidge, accident in jailed for 2 years

The biggest news connected to Sidhu Massawala. Massawalka murder case Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed the bail petition of 7 accused. The court said the matter was very serious and the bail could not be considered until the completion of opinions are finished.

In custody, 7 accused had demanded bail from the High Court while making different bases. Prabhdeep Singh alias Peba, Jagtar Singh, Manpreet Singh, Kumarit Singh, Pawan Din, Rajinder, Rajinder, Rajinder, Rajinder Nahief Bishnoi and Craj for a hearing. Police had registered a case in other claules, including murder. The petitioner’s lawyers argued that he was in custody for two years and trial speed is very slow.

While opposing by the Punjab government, the matter was 180 Witnesses in the case, out of which there are eyewitnesses. So far is witnessed to a witness. The rest of the two is still left to be left. Although the petition side opposed the two eyewitnesses were testified and is only one of the rest. The court admitted that the security of the Witnesses was prioritizing the safety and neutrality of the Witnesses on the seriousness of the crime. The court clarified that regular bail petitions could not be considered as long as the testimony of the eye. The eyewitnesses will feel insecure when it comes out of the accused, which cannot be allowed.
