A complaint was filed against Shreyas Talpade in Uttar Pradesh. The actor was accused of involving crores of rupees chit fund scam in Uttar Pradesh on 27 March, Thursday.
The team of Shreyas Talpade released his official statement on 28 March. The team rejected all these reports and said that they have nothing to do with this fraud. Apart from Shreyas, a complaint was also filed against 14 others in this case.
Shreyas Talpade charges of fraud
According to IANS report, actor Shreyas Talpade Loni Urban is associated with Multistate Credit and Thrift Co-operative Society Limited Company. It is alleged that this company claims to double by doubling the money from the villagers. Those who put money in the scheme were told that Shreyas Talpade is also associated with the company. Crores of rupees were taken from many villagers under the scheme of doubling the money.
Villagers made allegations
Villagers allege that the office of this company started 10 years ago in Mahoba. Those people used to promote the scheme by showing the face of Shreyas Talpade, which made people easily trust the scheme. From time to time, the villagers deposited a little amount, which reached millions. Those who deposit money include people from mechanic to mechanic. Those people were depositing money for years.
When people asked the company to return the money, suddenly the agents of the company closed the office and escaped from the district. In this case, a complaint has been lodged against 15 including the company chairman, Shreyas Talpade at Srinagar police station in Mahoba. Officials have started investigating the matter. Investigation has revealed that all the company’s numbers are closed.
Shreyas Talpade has been accused of fraud even before
Even before the chit fund case, Shreyas Talpade has been accused of cheating. Earlier this year, Shreyas Talpade and Alok Nath were accused of fraud of Rs 9 crore from Investors of Lucknow. This complaint was lodged at Gomti Nagar police station in Lucknow. Apart from this, the names of Alok Nath and Shreyas have come in the case of fraud in Multilavel Marketing of Sonepat, Haryana.
