Firing near Gurudwara in Sacramento County: A shooting incident has come to light near a Gurdwara in Sacramento County, USA. Let us tell you that this incident happened at a time when Gurdwara Sacramento Sikh Society was celebrating its first Nagar Kirtan. Meanwhile, a dispute broke out between two persons on Sunday afternoon.

One man pulled out a gun and shot his friend before fleeing. Police said the other man involved in the fight returned fire while one escaped. No one has been taken into custody and authorities have urged shrine-goers to leave the scene.

The sheriff’s office said the shooting happened around 2:30 p.m. at the Gurdwara Sacramento Sikh Society Gurdwara located on the 7600 block of Bradshaw Road. The area is about five miles east of Highway 99 near Gerber Road.

Both victims are in critical condition, the sheriff’s office said. Amar Gandhi, a spokesman for the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, said the shooting was not related to a hate crime and described the incident as an exchange between two men who knew each other.

Gandhi said that what started as a confrontational incident between the two men turned into a shootout. Gandhi said one suspect has been described as an Indian man while the other suspected shooter is in hospital. Authorities are still looking for a second suspected shooter.
