Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) MP Shambhavi Chaudhary, while targeting the Jan Suraj Party chief Prashant Kishore, said that a Dalit woman who is moving forward reflects the feudal mindset to target him. Kishore has alleged that his father, Bihar minister Ashok Chaudhary has given ‘money’ for his Lok Sabha ticket. Last month, during a press conference in Jamui, Bihar, Kishore had alleged that JD (U) leader Ashok Chaudhary had given money to LJP (Ram Vilas) to get Samastipur Lok Sabha ticket for his daughter Shambhavi, who won the seat in 2024 general elections at the age of 25 and became one of the youngest MPs.

Later, Bihar minister and senior JD (U) leader Ashok Chaudhary filed a defamation suit against Kishore for his allegation. In an interview with ANI, Shambhavi attacked Kishore for his feudal mindset. He described Kishore’s comments as an individual attack, and questioned why he was targeted when he has many other MPs in his party. The Lok Sabha MP said that the allegations of the head of the Jan Suraj Party reflect their arrogance.
As a third generation politician, Shambhavi stressed that politics should be about ideologies, not personal attacks. He said that first of all, I don’t think Prashant Kishore is worth the time… on which it should be spent. Yes, I think it was a personal attack. I come from a political family, and I am a third generation politician. One thing I have learned over the years is that there is a fight between political ideologies and not among individuals. Personal attacks should always be avoided.

He said that politics is not a fight between individuals; We fight for people and our ideology. Prashant Kishore intentionally raised the issue at a press conference; This was not anything that he had personally mentioned. They targeted me about my political background, and I do not understand why this happened. Shambhavi emphasized that Kishore’s comment reflects his “feudal mindset”.
