The State Task Force (STF) has started working on the ground to increase the deteriorating sex ratio of Haryana. The Health Department has identified 481 villages whose sex ratio is less than 700. The special thing is that among them 107 villages of Ambala and Yamunanagar alone

Apart from this, to improve the situation in six districts, Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao Abhiyan is being carried out so that the sex ratio can be increased. In fact, a few days ago, STF was formed under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Sudhir Rajpal, Additional Chief Secretary of Health Department.
The work and efforts being done by the STF are also being reviewed by the department. Haryana Health Minister Aarti Rao is also keeping an eye on the entire matter.

Camps have been organized in these villages in 481 villages with less than 700 sex ratio. Director Health Services and STF convenor Dr. Virend Yadav says that reports received from MTP centers are being analyzed. Notices issued to 30 MTP centers
Their licenses are being canceled in Haryana for violating the MTP Act. Out of a total of 1500 MTP centers, registration of 384 MTP centers has been canceled, while notices have been issued to 30 MTP centers.

Asha will get 1000 rupees
Asha will be combined with pregnant women as friends. For the successful delivery of the girl child, NHM Haryana has proposed an incentive amount of Rs 1000 to the concerned Asha. After one or more living girls, women who give birth to a son are going to the retravible tracking calls to detect gender identity/gender selection activity.
