Defense Minister Rajnath Singh held a meeting with his Chinese counterpart Admiral Dong June during a meeting of the Defense Ministers of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Qingdao. The two leaders “exchange of creative and visionary ideas” on major issues related to India-China bilateral relations. During the conversation, Singh expressed satisfaction over the resumption of the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra after nearly six years. He emphasized that both countries should work together to maintain the current positive speed in their relations and avoid actions that can create new complications.
