During the visit to the Philippines, Rajya Sabha member and environment lover Sant Balveer Singh Sichwal organized a blood donation camp in Panki city. 67 units of blood were collected in the camp. Along with men, women also participated extensively in it.

Saint Sichwal said that blood cannot be made in any laboratory. This can only be given by humans. Referring to the needs of the children suffering from Thalassemia, he described blood donation as Mahadan. This camp was organized in collaboration with the red cross Panki.

Highlight the importance of Guru Granth Sahib

Saint Sichwal highlighted the importance of Sri Guru Granth Sahib in the religious Diwan held in Nirmal Kutia Panki. He reminded Guru Nanak Dev’s message of “Kirat Karana, Naam Japana and Wand Ke Chhana”.

Sant Sichwal invited Sevadars to the 25th anniversary of Kali Wei’s car service to be held in July. He said that the sacred Wei of Baba Nanak has shown the path of cleaning and conservation of water sources to the world. He thanked all the servants who contributed to social service.
