Sangh chief address on Vijayadashami in Nagpur, Bhagwat spoke on many issues from security to economy

Nagpur. Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat expressed his views on the challenges and future directions in front of the country at the Vijayadashami celebrations of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). He said that this opportunity is not only of celebration, but also for introspection.
Kashmir attack and international support
Bhagwat started his speech with a terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir, killing 26 devotees. He said that this incident showed the solidarity and leadership of Indian society on the one hand, on the other hand it also made it clear who is actually standing with us globally.
Naxalism weak, emphasis on development
Speaking on internal security, Bhagwat said that Naxalism is now under control to a large extent. This problem has been controlled by the government’s strict policy and public awareness. However, he warned that if justice and development did not reach the affected areas, then this problem can be raised again.
Inequality and self -sufficient India
Expressing concern over the economy, he said that the growing gap between rich and poor and limited capital in the hands is a serious challenge. Describing indigenous and self -reliance as a solution, he said that India will have to become self -sufficient by taking lessons from global trade policies.
Himalayan crisis was warned
Bhagwat also spoke on environmental challenges. He said that in the last few years, disasters such as landslides, irregular rains and rapid melting of glaciers have increased in the Himalayan region. According to him, the Himalayas are the basis of security and water resources not only in India, but in the entire South Asia.
Concern over the instability of neighboring countries
Expressing concern over the situation in South Asia, he said that governments changed due to violent protests in Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, but such a path cannot be permanent. He insisted that the change is possible only through the democratic process. Describing the neighboring countries as “part of the family”, he said that their stability and prosperity is also necessary for India.
