Samsung claims that the new models offer better ‘Nightography’ capabilities than the Galaxy S22 series. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra comes with S Pen support like its previous model. All three models come with 120Hz refresh rate and 12-megapixel selfie cameras. They come with One UI 5.1 and are IP68-rated for dust and water resistance.

Like the other two models, the phone comes with a custom variant of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, paired with up to 12GB of RAM.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra gets a quad rear camera setup, which includes a 200-megapixel primary wide camera with an f/1.8 lens and 85-degree field of view.
