Another murder case has come to light in Amritsar, Punjab. 22 -year -old Lavpreet Singh, resident of Smile Avenue, Fatehgarh Bangles Road, was shot dead.

The incident is late at night. Lovepreet was returning home after finishing her work from her salon. On reaching the house, some unknown assailants started firing on him. The attackers shot three bullets in his chest and two in other parts of the body. Lovepreet died on the spot due to bullets.
Further action will be taken after the postmortem report
The deceased’s father Happy said that his son was attacked earlier. He had to cut his foot in a fake accident. The police are finding out whether the attackers were unknown or are associated with some old enmity.
Police station Sadar is investigating the case. Police said that the postmortem of the youth is being done. Further action will be taken after the report comes. The father of the deceased said that the police is cooperating. He has demanded an early arrest of the accused.
