The biggest and controversial reality show of Indian television, Bigg Boss, is making a comeback with a new season. Today, on August 24, it has a grand premiere, which Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will host. This time the theme of the show is the ‘government of family members’, in which the contestants have been given the right to take decisions.
What is new this time?
This year, Bigg Boss will be limited to making rules only to make rules, while all the decisions inside the house will take themselves. The audience will have the right to vote as before, but the entire reins of the show will now be in the hands of ‘family members’. According to Rishi Negi, COO of Endemol Shine, the theme has been designed keeping in mind the reaction and criticism of the previous season.

When and where to see?
Bigg Boss 19 will first air on the OTT platform this time. It will be a stream on Jio Hotstar from 9 pm tonight, after which it will be broadcast on Colors TV from 10:30 pm. Viewers will be able to introduce Salman Khan to all the contestants in the Grand Premier episode and tell about his background. With this new format, even more drama and unexpected twists can be seen in this season.
