In the case of the attack on Saif Ali Khan, the Mumbai Police has filed a 1000 -page charge sheet in the Bandra court. It includes several evidence against the accused Shariful Islam.
According to the police, the report of forensic lab has also been mentioned in the charge sheet. The report said that on the crime scene, there are three pieces of the same knife from Saif Ali Khan’s body and the knife found from the accused’s body. Also, the charge sheet of the accused’s left -handed fingerprint is also mentioned.
Earlier on March 29, Mohammad Shariful Islam Shahzad, arrested on charges of attack on Saif Ali Khan, filed a bail petition in the Mumbai session court. The accused had claimed that a false case had been registered against him and conspiracy was being done to trap him.
The bail plea of accused Shariful Islam was heard in a court in Mumbai on 04 April, Friday. During this time, the Mumbai Police investigating the case made a big disclosure in the Forensic Science Lab (FSL) report.
Police said in the court that the piece recovered from the accused, the part of the incident and the piece of Saif’s spinal cord, all three are of the same knife. Strong evidence has been found against the accused. If the accused gets bail, he can flee to Bangladesh.
The bail plea filed by the accused said that the FIR is false and the investigation has been completed, only the charge sheet is yet to be filed.
A part of a 2.5 -inch long knife was removed from inside Saif’s body during surgery.
Saif was attacked on 15 January
Saif Ali Khan was attacked on 15 January by entering his house Satguru Sharan apartment. After this, Saif himself reached the hospital. He suffered injuries on hands, spinal cord and back. The actor was discharged on 21 January after treatment. The police arrested Bangladeshi citizen Shariful Islam after 2 days.

FSL report claims to have the same knife
According to the police, these pieces were first sent to a medical officer for investigation. His report clearly stated that all these pieces are of the same weapon. The three parts were then sent for chemical analysis at FSL Lab in Kalina, Mumbai. The FSL report also confirmed that the three pieces are of the same knife.
Knife wounds found in 5 places in medical report
Actor Saif Ali Khan was stabbed at five places. He suffered injuries on back, wrist, neck, shoulder and elbow. He was taken to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai by his friend officer Zaidi in an auto rickshaw. This has been revealed by Saif’s medical report.
The report said, ‘The size of injuries ranges from 0.5 cm to 15 cm. On the night of the attack, Saif’s friend officer Zaidi took him to Lilavati Hospital at 4:11 am and completed the formalities.

Saif discharged after 5 days, a knife was close to the spine
Saif was attacked with a knife at around 2.30 pm on the night of 15 January. Saif had serious injuries in the bones of the neck and spinal cord. Saif reached Lilavati Hospital by Auto, where he underwent surgery and underwent treatment.
Saif Ali Khan was discharged from Lilavati Hospital on Tuesday 5 days after the attack. Saif Ali Khan reached home from Lilavati Hospital in about 15 minutes. During this time, he was seen laughing on the road and greeting people. When he reached home, he himself got down from the car and went inside the building. Saif was seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, black glasses. His back was seen with a bandage.
