Journalists of the ‘Associated Press’ saw the smoke getting up from the roof of a government building, but it was not clear whether it was raised or any other reason due to the smoke attack. It is believed that if the smoke woke up due to an attack, Russia has intensified airstrikes. Russia has so far avoided targeting government buildings at the city center. The building is the headquarters of the cabinet of Ukraine, where its ministers’ offices are located. Police stopped entering the building when fire engines and ambulances arrived.
