Russia fired more missiles on Kyiv, drone on fire; At least 10 people injured

Russia carried out a large -scale missile and drone attacks on the capital of Ukraine on Thursday night causing a fire in many areas of the city and injured at least 10 people. Ukrainian officials gave this information. This is the largest air attack ever carried out during the war that has been released for three years.

Keev’s Mayor Vitali Clitsko told through a ‘post’ on ‘Telegram’ that a residential building in Shevchenkivski district caught fire and rescuers are engaged in relief and rescue operations.

Taimur Takachnco, head of Kiev Regional Administration, said that at least five other districts have caught fire in residential buildings, cars, godowns, offices and other non-residential structures.

He said that at least 10 people were injured in these attacks, three of whom have been shivered. Russia has recently tried to weaken Ukrainian air defense by carrying out a large number of air strikes.

Earlier, Ukraine’s Air Force on Wednesday claimed that Russia attacked Ukraine with 728 ‘Shahid’ and ‘Dicky’ drones and fired 13 missiles.

Ukraine President Volodimir Jailonsky said the city Lutsk is the most affected in the North Western Ukraine and the city Lutsk located near the Belarus border while 10 other areas have also been attacked. There are Ukrainian Army airports in Lutsk.

US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that he is “not happy” from Russia President Vladimir Putin. US officials said on Wednesday that the Trump -led administration has started sending some weapons to Ukraine.

The move has been taken at a time when the US Ministry of Defense headquarters ‘Pentagon’ said a week ago that it is currently stopping Ukraine from a air strike missile, accurate target cannons such as sending some weapons. This order was given because the US is worried about the fact that its reserves of its own weapons have reduced.

Two US administration officials said on the condition of keeping their identity confidential that the weapons being sent to Ukraine include 155 mm of ammunition and accurate attack rocket GMLRS (directed multiplication rocket system).
