A case of shooting at AAP leader and businessman Nitin Nanda in broad daylight has come to light at Agampur, a village close to Sri Anandpur Sahib. This incident happened when Nitin Nanda was eating bread at the wedding ceremony. As soon as the gunshots were heard, there was chaos. After this, Nitin Nanda was immediately brought to the hospital.
According to the information received, Nitin Nanda has been brought to the Civil Hospital of Sri Anandpur Sahib for treatment, where the doctors are conducting a preliminary examination. According to the doctors, there is a bullet mark in the head. After giving first aid, he was referred to PGI Chandigarh due to his critical condition.
On the other hand, the police are engaged in the investigation whether it is a case of mutual enmity or any other matter comes to light. It is being told that Nitin Nanda, the former Shiv Sena president of Ropar district and previously an independent candidate and Shiromani Akali Dal Bahujan Samaj Party candidate has also contested from Anandpur Sahib constituency. He currently holds the post of Vice President District Ropar Aam Aadmi Party.
