Violation of the rules of Act 1940
Violations of the rules of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 were found at these shops. The department has sent a report to higher officials in the case. The drugs control officer said that the sales of intoxicating capsules in Barnala district are completely banned. The license of shopkeepers keeping or selling this medicine will be canceled immediately.
Two medical licenses have been canceled
Earlier, the license of Ravi Medicose Dhaula and Alzan Pharmaceutical Barnala has been canceled. The department is continuously investigating medical stores under an anti -drug campaign. Strict action is being taken against those selling banned medicines.
