The Punjab Haryana High Court has enhanced the scope of the hearing on the cases of the dogs in Haryana and Punjab. Justice Development Bandi said that the Supreme Court further directed that panding in high courts should be transferred to the Supreme Court for the united consideration.

The petitions were filed by lawyer Saurabh Arora and Kaun with Malwani. The case was first brought by Gurmukh Singh in view of the High Court. He raised the issue of terror dogs in its petition against the Union Territory against Chandigarh.
