The hearing on the petition regarding the death of Rajveer Jawanda will be held today. This hearing will be held in the Punjab-Haryana High Court. A petition was filed by a lawyer and in this petition the Pinjore hospital was accused of negligence. It has been stated in the petition that the doctors of the hospital did not give first aid and a law has been demanded for such negligence.
Let us tell that Rajveer Javanda had a terrible accident on his way to Shimla on September 27, after which he was on ventilator for several days, but he died on October 8 and he said goodbye to us forever, but after his death, many questions were raised that the hospital was negligent. While riding the bike, 2 stray animals came in front of Jawanda’s bike and when they were taken to the hospital, the hospital did not give first aid on time. If they had been given basic medical aid in time, their lives might have been saved.
It may be mentioned that senior lawyer Navkiran Singh filed the case which will be heard in the Punjab and Haryana High Court today. Allegations of negligence have been leveled at the hospital in Pinjore. Although if seen, the Punjabi industry has suffered an irreparable loss, but now the petition is demanding that a law be made for such negligence.
