Rajasthan: The main accused arrested in the fake note case in Jaisalmer

The Rajasthan Police has arrested the main accused in the fake note case in Jaisalmer. Officials gave this information on Friday. Superintendent of Police Abhishek Shivhare said that Razabul, the main accused of the gang of fake notes, has been arrested.

The accused hails from Bihar and is accused of cheating the e-Mitra operator in Jaisalmer. Asarud Ali, who runs an e-Mitra kiosk in Mohangarh town of Jaisalmer, had complained on August 18 that a person asked him to pay Rs 10,000 online, instead of which he gave them Rs 10,100 cash.

On suspicion, the next day when Asarud Ali got the notes examined, it was found that nine notes were fake. Subsequently, the investigation was started by registering a case in Kotwali Jaisalmer. Police arrested Razabul, the main accused in the case after questioning and produced in court and taken on police remand.
