Rajasthan: Conversion Bill may be presented again in assembly, minister gave big signs

Rajasthan Minister Jogaram Patel said on Thursday that several major bills are likely to be introduced in the upcoming monsoon session of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly starting from September 1, including conversion, amendment in pension related law of universities and MLAs. He said that the Speaker has called an all -party meeting to ensure smooth action and focus on matters of public interest.

Rajasthan Minister Patel told ANI that the monsoon session of the assembly will begin from 1 September. In this regard, the Speaker has called an all -party meeting to discuss the productive work, debate and solution of issues in the public interest. This time there is every possibility of legislative work in the assembly. He said that some pending bills sent to the Select Committee are also expected to be discussed during the session.

He said that some of the bills pending with the Select Committee are expected to be discussed. Major Bills include bills, conversions, legislators’ pension, cooperatives, taxes related to taxes and motor vehicles related to the amendment of laws … A bill related to coaching institutes is currently under consideration of the Finance Committee, which will later introduce it to the assembly. There is also a strong possibility that the issue of conversion will be re -presented in the assembly.

Earlier, on Wednesday, Jogaram Patel expressed confidence in India’s economic strength in response to the 50 percent tariff imposed by the US on Indian exports from August 27. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Make in India’ and ‘Made in India’ initiatives have promoted the manufacturing capabilities of the country. Patel said, “Ever since Prime Minister Modi has given the slogan of adopting Make in India and Made in India products, all Indian companies have started manufacturing most of the products in India. I am confident that Prime Minister Modi will never bow down and will never take any decision against the country. 50% American tariff will not have any impact on the Indian economy and we will soon become the third largest economy in the world.”
