Congress MP Rahul Gandhi questioned the Maharashtra Assembly elections in Boston, USA. He addressed Indian migrants on Sunday evening. He said that it is completely clear that the Election Commission of India has reached the agreement. There is some disturbance in this system.
Rahul is on a 2 -day visit to America. Rahul Gandhi landed at Boston Airport in America late on Saturday night. He will visit Brown University in Road Island here, where he will communicate with faculty and students. Congress leader Pawan Kheda gave information about Rahul Gandhi’s visit on X.

3 things about Rahul’s statement …
1. Rahul said- I have said many times that more voting was done in Maharashtra. The Election Commission told us the figure of voting at 5.30 pm. This was followed by 65 lakh voting between 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
2. He said that 65 lakh voting is impossible in 2 hours. It takes about 3 minutes for a voter to vote. If you apply mathematics, you will know that a line of voters should be installed by 2 pm, but it did not happen.
3. Congress MP said- When we asked for videography of the election, the Commission refused. Not only this, he also changed the law so that we could not question the video further. Rahul accused of fraud in voters list
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi accused the Maharashtra assembly elections of adding voters in a fake way. During a press conference in February this year, Rahul Gandhi said that there was a disturbance in the Maharashtra elections. New voters were added to the voter list, so that the BJP could win. Rahul sought the data of voters from the Election Commission.

Rahul accused the election commission in X post
Rahul had alleged that 32 lakh voters were added to Maharashtra in five years for the Lok Sabha elections, while 39 lakh voters were added for the assembly elections five months later.
He asked the Election Commission how the voters were added for more than five years in five months?
How were the more registered voters than the state’s total adult population in the assembly elections?
Rahul said that an example of this is Kamathi Vidhan Sabha, where the margin of BJP’s victory is almost the same as new voters were added.
The Election Commission will have to answer these questions and we should provide the data of voters of Maharashtra Lok Sabha elections and assembly elections.
In the press conference, Rahul had said- We asked EC to ask for the names and addresses of voters
Rahul said- 32 lakh votes were added before Lok Sabha and 39 lakh votes before Vidhan Sabha. 7 lakh new voters have been added within 5 months. We asked the Election Commission to investigate it. We have asked for voter list, names and addresses. We want their photographs to be given. We want the voter list of Lok Sabha and Assembly. The names of many voters have also been cut. These are Dalit, minority votes. I am not making any allegations, but is there anything wrong.
Rahul said- I had raised the same thing in my speech in Parliament. It was said that more voters joined the voters in 5 years in 5 years. Added to Himachal’s population voter list. The adult population is 9.54 crores. According to the Election Commission, there are 9.7 crore voters.

Congress raised questions on the results of Haryana election
The Congress also questioned the results of the Haryana election in October 2024. The Congress had complained to the Election Commission claiming EVM disturbances. Congress leader Pawan Kheda had said that during the counting of votes in 20 seats, EVM was found to be disturbed. Candidates of these seats filed written and oral complaints. After this, the party sent their list to the Election Commission.
Kheda said, it is strange that Congress candidates have lost the same seats in the machines which have 99% battery charge. At the same time, 60-70% battery charged machine is those on which Congress candidates have won. On the day of counting, some machines were 99% and the remaining normal machines were 60-70% charge. Our demand is that those machines should be sealed and safe until the investigation is completed.
