Ragi flour – 1 cup
Semolina – 1 cup
Sour curd – 1 cup
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
salt – as per taste
Water – 1 cup

Now add curd and salt as per taste and mix it with the help of a spoon.

Now keep the prepared mixture aside for half an hour. After the fixed time, take the mixture and prepare the batter by adding water according to the requirement and mixing it properly. Now mix a pinch of baking soda in it. After this, take an idli pot and apply oil in all its mines. After this, pour prepared idli batter in all the mines. Now steam the idli on medium flame for 10 minutes.
