Minister Lalchand Kataruchak has claimed that complete preparations have been made to procure in the mandis and now only the crop of farmers is awaited. This time the government has provided a cash credit limit of Rs 28,000 crore, so that the MSP will be paid to the farmers within 24 hours.

The minister said that adequate arrangements have been made for sacks (gunny) in 1,864 mandis and procurement centers across the state. Apart from this, 700 temporary procurement centers are also prepared if needed.
