The Delhi High Court directed the accused Davinder Pal Singh Bhullar of the 1993 Delhi Bomb blast for the jail authorities. Bhullar’s parole expires Friday. Bhullar had sought waiver based on severe schizophrenia.
Justice Girish Hostalia said the right treatment in jail was available. The court recorded in his command after Professional debate. Bhullar’s lawyer tried to withdraw petition and assured that Bhullar would surrender. The court said the petition was considered by accepting the petition.

Prof. Bhullar’s lawyer argued that their client had never been to the barrack and always live in the hospital. Even during the parole, he used to register hospital in the prison every week. The lawyer said that after spending 30 years in prison, they should also be entitled to relief under law for a serious crime. The court noted that Prof. Before the time of Bhullar’s time is pending, but it clarified that they have to surrender.
