Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday congratulated the country on the 79th Independence Day and urged the countrymen to work harder for the creation of developed India. The Prime Minister wrote on the social media forum ‘X’, “Happy Independence Day to all. This day should inspire us to realize the dreams of our freedom fighters and to work even more hard for the creation of a developed India. Jai Hind.”

He wrote in another ‘post’, “I wish that this opportunity brings new enthusiasm and new energy in the lives of all the countrymen, which gives new pace to the creation of developed India. Jai Hind!”
On the occasion of the anniversary of independence, the Prime Minister will lead the 79th Independence Day celebrations from the Red Fort. Prime Minister Modi will hoist the national flag for the 12th consecutive time and will give a traditional address to the nation with the ramparts of the prestigious monument.

India, with its 79th Independence Day celebrations, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will give a speech on Independence Day for the 12th consecutive time from the ramparts of the Red Fort of Delhi. In his address, the Prime Minister can mention the achievements of his government including Operation Sindoor. Apart from this, he can also discuss India’s economic growth, as the country has now become the fourth largest economy in the world.
In view of Prime Minister Modi’s Independence Day speech, security system in the national capital has been tightened. Around 11,000 security personnel have been deployed in and around the Red Fort. Traffic guidelines have also been issued in this regard and special teams have been deployed at all major places including airports, railway stations and interstate bus bases.
