Practical meaning to keep road dogs in dog shelter home interesting

The Hon’ble Supreme Court on Monday directed to catch roads from Delhi-NCR areas and keep them in dog shelter, its practical meaning is interesting, while certain leaders and animal lovers have started the road impression of this Supreme order. If seen, it is not a matter of love or hatred, but it is a social judicial initiative which ensures everyone’s democracy. Especially those children and boys who are at the highest risk from them. Due to this fear, many times they are afraid to go to the park or neighborhood alone.

In fact, the court has given such an order in view of the increase in the risk of dog bite and rabies threats, taking automatic cognizance. Therefore, he is not a criticism but deserves congratulations. This has also led to the seriousness and relevance of media reports. My personal opinion is that by increasing its scope, monkeys and those deadly stray animals should also be included in it.

To be honest, the street criminals and street biased political activists who are in connivance with local police stations and police posts, which are becoming a threat to a civilized society, will be benefited by civil society. Because no democracy can give the right to independence to those rude people who are becoming a threat to other sections of the society. It is possible that in the future, the court will also look at these irony -filled social conditions and will make the unbridled political and administrative rulers sensitive to the society in the same way as it is felt by its latest decisions.

Let us tell you that in its order, the court has clearly stated that the government, MCD and NDMC will have to start the shelter room in the next 6-8 weeks, because the situation here is very serious. Therefore, the administration needs to take precautionary steps immediately to deal with the problem of dog bites. The court court has also warned the animal lovers that if a person or organization interrupts these stray dogs, strict legal action will also be taken against them.

In fact, the court has clearly stated that at any cost, baby and young children should not suffer from rabies. It is noteworthy that Justice J.B. Pardiwala and Justice R. The bench of Mahadevan has clearly stated that this action should create confidence in people to roam freely without fear, without fear that a road dog will bite them. In this way, some other important things of the court’s decision are as follows-

First, the court dismissed the arguments of the adoption of road dogs, saying that road dogs cannot suddenly become pets. Therefore it cannot be allowed. Second, human life and safety are first. Therefore, immediate steps should be taken. Third, make a record of dogs kept in the shelter daily and make a record. Fourth, helpline should be made within a week, so that cases of dog-cutting can be reported.

At the same time, the Supreme Court has clearly asked in its judgment whether the animal activists and the ‘alleged animal lover’ will be able to bring back the children who became victims of rabies. Explain that the court took automatic cognizance on July 28, when a report raised concerns about the increasing cases of rabies, children and the elderly in Delhi-NCR.

At the same time, a day after the order to send road dogs to the shelter home in Delhi-NCR, the Supreme Court issued another new circular. The court said on Tuesday that the Supreme Court should not throw away the remaining food in the premises. Put it only in the dustbin with a lid, so that animal bites can be avoided. In the circular, notice was taken in this case that there was a ‘quite’ edge in the incidents of dogs moving inside the Supreme Court premises and inside the lift.

At the same time, even while doing all this, the language of the court is humble and he has sought cooperation in implementing instructions from the visitor as well. In the ongoing circular, it was further stated that all the remaining food should be dumped only in the dustbin. Under any circumstances, food should not be thrown in an open space or without lid utensils. This step is necessary, so that animals (road dogs) can be attracted to the smell of eating and preventing it from moving around. The court admitted that this would reduce the risk of cutting incidents and cleanliness will also remain in the campus. All visitors have been asked to cooperate in implementing this instruction.

Explain that all this is a healthy social conduct, but when the teachers and administrators did not understand their responsibility automatically and the social status worsened, the court had to intervene.

On the other hand, different views of leaders have come to light on the court’s order. Many leaders, organizations and Bollywood stars have raised their voice against the Supreme order to send road dogs to shelter homes. On the one hand, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has clearly stated on this decision that the government will soon bring a street dog policy and implement the court order in a planned manner, because the people of Delhi are fed up with it. So we are discussing this issue, because we want to give relief to the people. Since the problem of road dogs has taken a formidable form, we will make a policy and give relief to the people.

On the other hand, animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi criticized the Supreme Court’s decision and said, ‘We had already expected the same. Now, if this order is followed, three lakh dogs in Delhi have to be caught and kept in centers. The Delhi government will have to build 1,000-2,000 shelter rooms, as many dogs will fight among themselves. They will have to make suitable arrangements to stop. He also said that there is lack of logical thinking in this decision. BJP MP Gandhi appealed to the PM to intervene in the matter.

Whereas Congress leaders and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi said that it is cruel to remove them. The Trinamool Congress wrote a letter to the Chief Justice demanding a re -consideration on this order. At the same time, John Abraham said that ‘This is a part of the community, which many people are fond, especially the people of Delhi … can overcome their population by sterilization. It is noteworthy that Dog Lovers reached Connaught Place on Tuesday and expressed displeasure over the decision to send dogs to shelter home and appealed to reconsider the Supreme Order/ decision. Again, let us tell you that on Monday, the Supreme Court had said that all the roads of Delhi-NCR should be transferred to the shelter home permanently as soon as possible.
