Police arrested Pavithra Gowda after the Supreme Court canceled the bail, will be produced in the trial court

The main accused in the Renukaswamy murder case, Kannada actor Darshan Thuggudpa and his friend Pavitra Gowda were arrested by the Bengaluru police on Thursday after the Supreme Court canceled the bail. Accused number 1 Pavitra and accused No. 2 Darshan will be produced in the lower court, from where they will be sent to jail after medical examination.

According to police sources, after the news of the cancellation of bail of all the accused of the murder, a team reached Gowda’s house and was taken into custody. Kannada actor Darshan has not yet been arrested by the police, but he was seen in his car at the Punjanur investigation outpost on the Karnataka-Tamil Nadu border on Thursday. The Supreme Court on Thursday canceled the bail given to other accused in the case of actor philosophy and murder. The apex court directed the officials to seek darshan and other accused immediately and ordered the trial to hear the trial quickly.

According to police sources, Pavitra’s fan 33 -year -old Renukaswamy sent him an obscene message, allegedly killed by an angry Darshan. Renukaswamy’s body was found on June 9, 2024 near a drain next to an apartment in Sumanhali. Police sources said that the number one accused in the case was the ‘main reason’ for the murder of Gowda Gowda Renukaswamy. He claimed that the investigation proved that he provoked the other accused, hatched a conspiracy with them and participated in the crime.
