Police investigating in Faridkot under Operation Vigilance

About 200 personnel including senior officers and SHOs of police stations led by SP Sandeep Kumar and SP Manvinderbir Singh were involved in this operation. During this period, investigation was conducted at railway stations, bus stands along with installed at various places from 10 am to 4 am. Around 12 investigation posts were set up for any kind of internal and external movement and vehicles coming and going here were investigated.

Suspicious persons were questioned at the bus stands and railway stations of Faridkot, Kotkapura and Jaito. During this time vehicles parked in parking were also investigated. Especially the vehicles that were standing here for a long time. IG Gurdial Singh encouraged the operation of the operation and encouraged the officers and soldiers and instructed for better arrangements in future.

On this occasion, SSP Dr. Pragya Jain informed that strict checking is done by Faridkot police at all main places, main intersections and sealing points of the city and this checking process has been further tightened under Operation Vigilance.
