The provisional list of speakers by the United Nations is prepared long before the session in August, in which the heads of state and government are given the first place from the foreign ministers or other delegates of a country. After calling Modi, Ukrainian President Zelansky said on social media that the two leaders are planning to meet during the United Nations General Assembly in September. This was the only reason behind the Prime Minister’s speculation of a possible visit to America, which could have cleared the way for a possible meeting with Trump.
