In the midst of this crisis, a group of victims sought the help of Guru Tegh Bahadur ji. Guru Maharaj then asked all those victims to tell Aurangzeb clearly that if Guru Tegh Bahadur converted to Islam, they too would convert to Islam.” These words show their fearlessness and supreme courage. He never compromised with religion and principles.
The Prime Minister said that standing on this land of Kurukshetra, Lord Sri Krishna declared the protection of truth and justice as the greatest religion. This holy land of Kurukshetra is an important center of Sikh tradition. Almost all the Gurus of the Sikh tradition visited here during their holy pilgrimage.
