Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Arunachal Pradesh on Monday and unveil the infrastructure projects worth about Rs 5,000 crore.He arrives at Holong’s Doni Polo Airport at around 9 am and will then go to Indira Gandhi Park to address a rally.Officials said that Modi will lay the foundation stone of Tato-I and Aao Hydropower Projects. Both these projects will be developed on the Yarjeep River in Shi Yomi district.
Many development projects of more than Rs 5100 crore
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura on Monday and lay the foundation stone of several development projects worth more than Rs 5,100 crore in Itanagar and then inaugurate the development works of Mata Tripura Sundari temple complex in Tripura. According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of two hydroelectric projects worth Rs 3,700 crore during his visit to Arunachal Pradesh.
PM Modi’s visit to Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura
The statement said that the Prime Minister will visit Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura on 22 September and will lay the foundation of several development projects worth more than Rs 5,100 crore in Itanagar and also address a public function. Officials said that the Prime Minister would arrive at Doni Polo Airport of Holongi in Arunachal Pradesh at around nine in the morning, after which he would depart by helicopter for Itanagar, where he will go to Raj Bhavan. He then will go to Indira Gandhi Park, where he will unveil development projects and address a rally.
Following of hydroelectric projects
PM Modi will lay the foundation stone for the 186 MW Tato-1 and 240 MW of hydroelectric projects. Apart from this, Modi will inaugurate the integrated state -of -the -art convention center in Tawang. Officials said that the 240 MW heio project will be developed at a cost of Rs 1,939 crore, which is expected to produce about 1,000 million units of electricity every year. He informed that the Prime Minister will inaugurate a state -of -the -art conference center at Tawang at a cost of more than Rs 145 crore.

Tawang will also develop
Located at an altitude of more than 9,820 feet in the border district of Tawang, this center will serve as a historic building to host national and international conferences, cultural festivals and exhibitions. With the ability to host more than 1,500 delegates, this center will meet global standards and cooperate in the region’s tourism and cultural possibilities.
The Prime Minister will also start several major infrastructure projects costing more than Rs 1,290 crore, which will benefit various areas including contact, health, fire safety, hostels for working women. These initiatives are expected to speed up economic activities in the region, improve standard of living and improve contact.
Subsequently, he will visit Tripura and inaugurate the development work of Mata Tripura Sundari Temple complex in Mata Tripura Sundari Temple in Matabadi under the Prime Minister’s pilgrimage rejuvenation and spiritual heritage promotion campaign (Prasad) scheme, in line with his commitment to promote and preserve India’s spiritual and cultural heritage.
It is one of the 51 Shaktipeeths located in Udaipur city of Gomti district of Tripura. Officials said that Modi would land at Maharaja Veer Vikram (MBB) airport of Agartala and then go by helicopter, from where he will go to the temple by road. Officials said that the Prime Minister is expected to reach the venue at around 3 pm.

District Magistrate Rinku Lather said, “He will inaugurate and offer prayers. This will be a 45 -minute program. The Prime Minister will not give any speech. ”Chief Minister Manik Saha, his cabinet colleagues and senior government officials will be present in the event. This will be the 11th visit to Tripura since Modi became Prime Minister in 2014.
