In protest against the special intensive revision (SIR) of the voter list in Bihar, the MPs of the ‘India’ alliance demonstrated in the Parliament complex and demanded to withdraw it. He raised slogans of ‘Stopping Democracy’ and demanded a discussion on the subject in Parliament, which continued to disrupted the monsoon session.
MPs from several constituents of the opposition coalition ‘Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance’ (India) protested in the Parliament House complex on Tuesday protesting the special intensive revision (SIR) of the voter list in Bihar. MPs from Congress, Trinamool Congress, DMK, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and other parties participated in this protest near the ‘Makar Dwar’ of Parliament. Opposition MPs shouted slogans of ‘SIR back’ and ‘Stop killing democracy’. Opposition MPs say that this subject should be discussed in Parliament.
As the discussion on Operation Sindoor continues in Parliament, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will address the Lok Sabha between 12 noon and 1 pm, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi can deliver his speech in the evening. Leader of the opposition Rahul Gandhi is also expected to speak on the issue today.

Since the beginning of the monsoon session on 21 July, the Question Hour was smoothly in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday for the first time. In Bihar, there is repeated disruption in the House to demand the opposition to discuss the voter list amendment and operation vermilion.

The Rajya Sabha proceedings were adjourned till 2 pm after the uproar by opposition MPs. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will speak at Operation Sindoor in Rajya Sabha at around 2 pm.
