Pakistan tested Abdali ballistic missile: 450km range, nuclear and conventional weapons capable of carrying

Amid the ongoing tension from India, Pakistan on Saturday claimed a successful test of a ballistic missile called Abdali Weapon System. Pakistan says it has tested this surface to surface missile with a 450 -km firepower under Indus Exercise.

The missile can carry nuclear and conventional weapons up to 500–700 kg, although it is mainly used for conventional weapons. It has modern navigation and guidance systems, which are capable of accurately targeting.

The Pakistani government said that the purpose of this testing was to keep the soldiers ready for war and check the technical parameters of the modern navigation system.
