Lyricist Javed Akhtar said at a Shiv Sena (UBT) program in Mumbai that he would like to go to hell if he had to choose one of the hell and Pakistan. Akhtar’s remarks have come on social media amid criticism of both sides (India and Pakistan). The lyricist said that some trolls ask him to go to hell, while a section of the Internet wants him to go to Pakistan. On this, he said that he would choose hell.
Javed spoke openly about trolling
Addressing the audience at the launch event of Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut in Mumbai (UBT) Sanjay Raut at the launch event of Narkatala, heaven (swamp), Javed said that he has faced criticism from people due to his vocal nature in the last few years.
He said, ‘People on both sides abuse me. This is not unilateral. If I do not accept that there are people who appreciate me, then I will be very ungrateful. Many people support me, praise me and encourage me. But it is also true that the fundamentalists on this side also abuse me and the fundamentalists on that side also abuse me. This is the truth. ‘
He further said, ‘If one of them stops abusing, then I will worry what I am doing wrong. One says that I am Kafir and will go to hell. The second says that I am jihadi and I should go to Pakistan. So if I have only Pakistan and Jahannam i.e. hell, then I would like to go to hell. ‘

Do something so that there (Pakistan )’s mad army chief, no intelligent person can give a speech like him.
Javed said, ‘He says that Hindus and Muslims are different communities. He does not even care that there are Hindus in his country. So do they have no respect? What kind of man is he?
